要重视九节佛风的修持 Nine Breathings of Purification

大家在每座修法之前都应该重视九节佛风的修持。因为上座之初先排除垢气可去除烦恼,即成修持正行之法器,于正行中易将自心安住。就如同一个杯子里有脏东西,我们要先把杯子洗净再去盛装干净水饮用才可以品尝到甘甜、清净的水。
Everyone should pay attention to the practice of Nine Breathings of Purification, prior to every practice of Dharma, as it works as a Buddhist instrument of the right practice to remove dirt and upset, and to settle heart better. Like washing up a cup, when there is dirt in it, then filling fresh water, thus we can taste sweet and pure water.
而且排气中的观想特别重要,比如在排气时要真实的相信身心当中的染污随着呼出的气排除,相续得以清净,要有这样的信心,才能得到最好的效果。
Moreover, meditation is critical in the procedure of expiration. You are supposed to truly believe that the waste and dirt accumulated in your body and mind can be expired successively during the practice of breathing out. Only if you do so, you would receive the best result.
所有的修法都不是随意添加,因此大家对于修法当中的每一步都要切切实实、保质保量的落实,这样才能以最快、最有效的方式得到进步和成就。
No practice of Dharma can be altered spontaneously, therefore, each one of you should implement every step conscientiously in the respects of both quality and quantity, in order to improve and accomplish in the fastest and most effective way
