烦恼与觉知▏Afflictive Emotion and Awareness

实际上,烦恼只有在没有觉知伴随的时候才会成为所谓的烦恼。烦恼出现时如果你能注入觉知,那么烦恼当下便会停止,智慧便会出现。

烦恼本是菩提,不是吗?

对于我们来说,烦恼的本体,也就是说烦恼的原因,是因为注入的觉知太少,大多数时间我们都在跟着烦恼转。

我们串习烦恼的时间太久,所以想要让它停下来,也必须要长期的串习觉知,让觉知不断的渗透这颗僵固的心,让它敏锐、鲜活起来。

如此,心才会变得开放,从束缚到万用,从无知到遍知。


In fact, afflictive emotion becomes so-called “afflictive emotion” only when it is not accompanied by awareness. If awareness emerges in your mind when afflictive emotion is spotted, the latter disappears automatically and the wisdom will arise.

Afflictive emotion is Bodhi, isn't it?

For us, the nature of the afflictive emotion, in another word, the reason for having the afflictive  emotion is because we fill in too little awareness and most of the time we just follow the emotion. We've been annoyed by the afflictive emotion so long that we want it to stop. Also, we need to keep practicing the awareness. Let the awareness constantly penetrate our stubborn hearts and let it be sharp and vivid.

In this way, our hearts will become open. They will be free from boundary and can be used fully. Our hearts will change from ignorance to omniscience.
