7月3日的00：55——05：51有日全食。本来日月山河的呈现同样也是我们心的投影，《时轮金刚》认为，外在的日、月，是人体内在气脉明点的一种投影。我们每个人每天的呼吸次数是21600次，其中绝大多数是业气，智慧气的比例很少。但在这些特殊的日子里，多数业气就变成了智慧气，气脉明点运行处于特殊阶段，在这时候精进修行，其效果会非比寻常！

因此，请大家尽量在今天持咒、诵经、供灯、发菩提心，增上资粮，圆满果位。

Solar Eclipse, All Manifestations Are but the Objects of Our Mind 

To be able to find beauty

That means there’s goodness growing in your heart

To be able to feel love

That means there’s compassion within

To be able to experience happiness

That means you are loaded with satisfaction

To be able to taste the serenity

That means there’s no disturbance inside

To be able to see clarity

That means your heart is without defilement

Everything you experience is just a reflection of you

What you see is what you are

The solar eclipse is happening tomorrow from 00.55pm. to 05.51pm. However, the manifestations of the natural environment are mainly the reflections of our mind. According to the Kalachakra, the celestial body such as the Sun or the Moon is the reflection of the Nadi TSA and the Bindu of our human body. We human beings draw 21600 breaths each day. But the breath we draw is mostly karma qi with a small proportion of wisdom qi. Upon those especially auspicious days such as this solar eclipse, most of the karma qi will be transformed into wisdom qi. The operation of our Nadi TSA and the Bindu is experiencing an extraordinary transformation. If we practice diligently during that period, we will receive unexpectedly excellent results.

Thus, everyone who receives this message, please do virtuous deeds such as practicing mantra, chanting sutra, as well as generating Bodhicitta during this day. So that we could boost our provisions and perfect the fruition for our dharma path.
