无执着 无伤害| No Attachment,No Harm

如果你已经真正地了解一切现象包括轮回与涅槃财产与证悟的功德都是平等的那么轮回与贫穷怎么能伤害你

如果你拥有美貌与权利却不被他们染污那么衰老与卑微又怎么能伤害你

如果你身处因缘的幻灭中却不受任何无常现象的牵动那么好坏又怎么能伤害你

如果你依然在轮回中奔波却从未违背过四圣谛那么因果又怎么能伤害你

伤害自己的永远只有自己的执着你是成就自己的佛陀也是毁灭自己的敌人

No Attachment, No Harm

If you really understand all phenomena

Including samsara and nirvana

Virtues of property and enlightment are equal

Then how could samsara and privation ever hurt you?

If you possess beauty and power

While you are not stained by the attachment to them

How could aging and lowliness ever hurt you?

If you are not affected by any impermanent phenomenon 

Even when you’re in the midst of the disillusion of causes and conditions 

Then how could good or bad ever hurt you?
