坐久了便是乏味 

十万个大礼拜

跪下然后起来

重复十万次

刚开始感到新鲜

天长日久

坚持下来却非常困难 

修行是

日复一日

年复一年的重复与坚持 

修行是

无论你做的是好梦或是坏梦

无论出来的是业障还是验相

哪怕你觉得自己在退步

就算有人说你是假修行 

你仍要坚持你的修行

对治自己的烦恼

并告诉自己

Practice is not an easy thingIt is boring of sittingBefore the statue of Buddha with an oil lamp for a long timeIt is fresh at the beginningTo proceed 100,000 big kowtow Kneel down and get upRepeat 100,000 timesBut it is very difficult to keep goingDay after dayPractice isRepeating and persistingDay after day Year after yearWhether you have a good dream or a bad dreamNo matter what comes out Practice is karmic hindrance or phase of verificationEven if you feel like you're going backwardsEven if someone says you do a fake practiceYou still have to stick to your practiceCure yourself of your troublesAnd tell yourselfIt's a long way to practiceYou need to have constant progress
