密乘为诸乘之顶,依殊胜窍诀即生便可成办解脱,然依密乘修持成就虽快,但守持密乘之誓言却极为重要,若不能守持清净戒律,便易犯下堕入金刚地狱之罪业。密乘三昧耶戒重在见解,除了护持如上行为,尚需净观五种圆满。在诸佛菩萨之境界中,一切显现本来清净,无有丝毫垢染。而众生依各自业力,分别呈现虚幻六道之境相,可怜众生无智,执以为实,故辗转于轮回痛苦之中,无力出离。诸佛菩萨巧设方便,依五种净观方式强力改变众生不净之显现,最终圆满诸佛之果位。 如是于行道中净观五种圆满,彼之所行与果法相应,故能迅速成办解脱,实为证悟究竟果实之殊胜方便。总之,密宗之一切行为与誓言,皆应于信心中护持。信心清净则一切显现无非净相,自然不会导致犯戒、违誓等过失。若行者对上师有信心,明观上师与金刚持无别,就不会诽谤或欺骗上师;对法生起信心,就能依止教言调伏自相续,不会诽谤自他宗派或舍弃正法;对道有信心,净观为菩萨圣众,就不会以烦恼心分别自他之贤劣,甚至心生嗔恚:自心清净,所处皆为刹土,就不会将是非贤劣显现归咎于外境,妄生分别执着之念;对众生本具如来藏功德生起信解,就不会舍弃人生及菩提心,或诋毁自身及他人等。如华智仁波切于《屠夫真言》中曰:“此器情界清净刹,无有不净之显相,尤物本为土城轮,认识即为密乘戒”故当切切思之。

Changing the unclean phenomenon with five perceptionsTantrayana is the supremacy of all Buddhist vehicles; by studying and practicing its peculiar methods, liberation can be attained before the seemingly inevitable death. It is quite easy for the practitioners who follow Tantrayana to make accomplishments; the promise to stick to it, though, is something to be reckoned with. If one breaks its discipline, he or she may be on the edge of falling into Avicinaraka—the timeless hell with endless pain.The Samaya precepts in Tantrayana is mainly about perspectives; other than keeping the discipline, one still needs to visualize the five types of Great Perfections. In the eyes of the Buddhas and the Bodhisattvas, everything in its nature is pure, without any stain. However, pulled by the force of karma, ignorant sentient beings struggle endlessly in the cyclic existence, for they believe what they see, with their tainted eyes, is the reality. In order to change the situation, the Buddhas and the Bodhisattvas present to the sentient beings five ways to gain pure perceptions so they could all enter Buddhahood.If one could visualize the five Great Perfections with a pure perception while practicing, matching his or her actions with the Dharma of causality, promptly could he or she reach the state of liberation. Do keep in mind that all the actions and promises related to Tantrayana should be made with faith. As long as the faith is pure, all that is shown in the phenomenal world, regardless of its form, is pure. This eliminates any possibility of one breaking the discipline. If the Buddhist practitioners have faith in their masters, then they would never defame or deceive them, for they’d respect the masters as much as they respect Vajradhara. If the practitioners have faith in the Buhhdist Dharma, then they would never slander other Buhhdist sects or give up on the authentic Dharma, for they know how to stop the mind stream of negative energy. If the practitioners have faith in Buddhist path, then they’d never be troubled or triggered by other people’s good qualities or their own downfalls, for they perceive every being as a Bodhisattva. If one’s mind is pure and in a peaceful place, then he or she is not going to judge the world with a discriminating mind, blaming the conflict of good and bad, right and wrong on the outside world. If one truly believes that all beings have the potential to reach the state of enlightenment, then he or she would never give up on his or her life and insult him- or herself; he or she would never lose the mind of bodhichitta and start to slander others. As Patrul Rinpoche said in The True Words of a Butcher, “This sentient and non-sentient world is but a pure land. There are no stained phenomena in it. All things in this world consist the mandala itself. This recognition itself is the precept of Vajrayana.”
