在这个凉薄的世界

你必须要成为有阳光的人

为了寒风刺骨时

无需依靠别人取暖

也为了在黑暗时

能够给他人带来光明

在冷漠的世界里

你的阳光便是行走于世的资本

你的温暖便是融化人心的良方

让心充满阳光

带着满心的光明

你便无惧无伤

让眼神充满阳光

带着满眼的慈悲

你便无苦无孤独

让语言充满阳光

带着温柔的话语

你便不会再有怨敌

身心带着万丈光芒

照亮别人

保护自己

如此你与菩萨又有何异

In this ruthless world,

You have to be the sunny one.

For not relying on others to warm when bone chilling wind blows.

Also, for bringing brightness to others in the dark.

In the indifferent world,

Your sunshine is the capital that helps you live in the world.

And your warmth is the recipe for melting people's hearts.

Fulfill your heart with sunshine,

And there’s no fear and sorrow in you with this sunny heart.

Fulfill your eyes with sunshine,

And there’s no bitterness and loneliness in you with the merciful eyes.

Fulfill your language with sunshine,

And there will be no enemy with your gentle discourse.

With heat blazing in you,

Enlighten others,

Protect yourself.

In this way, what’s the difference between you and the Bodhisattva?
