甚至修行都只是徒有仪式

人们忘却了内心的幸福与真挚

忘却了结婚真正的爱与责任

忘却了工作需要的认真与努力

更忘却了修行的真正目的——修心

一切似乎只是为了一场又一场大大小小的仪式

庄严华丽

做给别人

也做给自己

是的

其实我们的仪式都只是做给自己

除了自己根本没有人会真正关注别人的仪式

然而最终我们收获了什么呢

空虚

焦虑

和越来越假的仪式

时间消耗在大量的仪式中

我们既没有得到真正的幸福

也没有得到内心的进步

一切所做

因为仪式感

只是徒有其表的发生着

如果你真的想要改变

真的想要成就

请放下面具

放下所有的仪式

只是从内心出生

也许你能做的很少

但你会收获很多

Everything seemsto be just for all kinds of ceremony

Solemnity andgorgeousness

They show toothers

Also to them own

Yes

In fact, allceremonies are just to them own

No one reallycares about other people's ceremonies except these for themselves

However what did we get in the end?

Emptiness

anxiety

and increasingly fake ceremonies

Time is wasted in a mass of ceremonies

We have gotten neither real happiness

Nor inner progress

Everything you did

Because the senseof ceremony

it just happen edin vain

If you really want to change

really want to achieve

Please take off your mask

lay down allceremonies

Just generate thesense from your heart

Maybe you will gain a lot

Though you do little
