以妙观察智解开烦恼与惑网（十）｜Disentranced through Distinguishable Wisdomp-10

对于烦恼，我们应该详加观察它的因、缘、本体以及作用。对于烦恼的本体，我们应以如梦如幻来认识。如果没有断除烦恼，依此会造下恶业所招感的果报就是痛苦，故世间一切痛苦的根本就是烦恼，然而，只要使用妙观察的智慧就能断除烦恼——这个令众生流转三界轮回最主要的疾病。

For the vexation, we should observe its principal and subsidiary causes, its form and its function in details. For the form of vexation, we should regard it as a dream or an illusion. If we haven’t severed the root of vexation, through it we will commit lousy karma and the retributions that the bad karma impels are the so-called sufferings. Thus, the root of all sufferings in this world is vexation. However, with the Wonderful Contemplating and Investigating Wisdom we can wield its power and sever the root of vexation, which is the major disease compelling the sentient beings wandering in the three realms of samsara.
