一茶一极乐 To see bliss in a cup of tea

初春

Early Spring

迎着暖阳

Facing the warm sunshine

独坐一隅

And sitting alone in a corner

一杯茶

You drink a cup of tea

一个人

Alone

偶尔忆念过往

Sometimes you recall the past

遥想未来

And dream about the future

忽觉失去当下的珍贵

Suddenly you realize that you have lost the precious moment of now

于是

So

将茶杯拿起

Picking up the teacup

怀着清净、喜乐、利他的心

Keeping  peace, happiness, and altruism in heart

品着茶的醇厚

And enjoying the mellowness of tea

也品着当下的极乐

You enjoy the present bliss

茶、当下、极乐、心

Tea, the present, bliss, and heart

好似互不相干

Seem like they are irrelevant

却是无离无合

But they are not

是我们将其绑架、分离

It is us who isolate and separate them

又去寻找另外的乐

And look for anther happiness

可终归无处可寻

But it was nowhere to be found

无寻而现

And it appears when you stop looking for it
